FETT’S HIDEOUT TOYS AND COLLECTABLES PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRE-ORDER:

ALL pre-orders are required to be paid in FULL at the time of purchase. 

We urge that you place In-Stock and Pre-order items in separate transactions if you would like the In-stock products ASAP. As all products won’t ship until all Items are in STOCK.

 

PRE-ORDER UNFILLED REFUNDS:

Where a pre-order can’t be completed by Fett’s Hideout Toys and Collectables, the customer will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation of the pre-order. You will be notified via your contact details about the cancellation.

PRE-ORDER REFUNDS:

Once a refund has been issued, the customer can’t request a cancellation of the refund. Refunds issued will take between 2 to 5 business days to appear in the customer’s payment account.

All cancellation of pre-orders must be requested via our contact page on the website, quoting your order number.

Cancellation of pre-orders, where goods are sourced and in transit to our store, will attract a cancellation fee as follows:
* $10.00 cancellation fee for pre-orders under $100.
* $30.00 cancellation fee for pre-orders over $100
(Where a pre-order exceeds $300.00 the deposit will be forfeited)

Note: pre-order cancellation fees are only applicable in situations where the stock has already been sourced and paid for by Fett’s Hideout Toys and Collectables.
